LXSGRP, spoken Luxus Group
An executive community with a simple mission.
Put the right twelve to twenty technology leaders around one table, around a question they are all actually living with, and get out of the way.
Why we exist.
There is more communication than there has ever been and less trust in most of it. Automation made it cheap to sound personal, which made sounding personal worth very little.
What has gone up in value, quietly, is the small number of interactions that are unmistakably real. A conversation with someone who has already made the decision you are facing is worth more now than it was five years ago, precisely because everything around it got easier to fake.
That is the whole thesis. Everything else here is logistics.
The room matters.
Not the venue and not the speaker. Who is sitting at the table decides whether an evening is worth the time it takes, so that is the part we spend ours on.
Every room starts from a question rather than a topic, and the guest list is built to give that question range. Someone who has solved it, someone in the middle of it, and someone about to start. That mix is the product.

What Luxus means.
Luxus is luxury, and we mean a specific and fairly old-fashioned version of it.
Care
Someone has thought about the details you should never have to notice.
Restraint
Nothing added because it could be. The evening is as long as it needs to be.
Access
To people, not to a venue. The guest list is the expensive part.
Attention to detail
Seating, timing, the question on the table. None of it is accidental.
Respect for time
A clear finish. No programme that overruns because someone is enjoying the microphone.
Not excess. We are aware those two things get confused, which is partly why the name is contracted.
Five standards, applied to every room.
Relevant rooms
Built around a question, not a calendar slot.
Senior peers
VP and above, operating rather than advisory.
Real conversation
Peer-led. Nobody presents at the table.
Thoughtful hospitality
Good rooms, good food, and neither of them the point.
No hard pitches
Partners participate. They do not sell.
